Charming!
When we checked in to our hotel in Cleveland yesterday and turned on the air conditioning, Tim noted that it smelled kind of funny. Funny, as in urine. Nice! We called the front desk and they sent up the maintenance guy soon after. Yup--urine. Who pees in an air conditioner? The maintenance guy didn't really seem all that pressed about it, so he must deal with this sort of thing all the time. He sprayed some sort of anti-bacterial, anti-urine spray all over the grates of the AC and all was well.

You might want to ask that guy for some of that anti-bacterial, anti-urine spray--it might come in handy on the rest of your trip!! Yuck!

Ok, I'm never going to stay in a hotel again! Washing underwear in the coffee maker? That's normal.
